RapidIdentity is an Identity platform used to change passwords and house applications It is located on the Canutillo ISD website under Quick Links. Click on the button below to access the district website.

Logging in to a CMSSA MacBook Air
NOTE: Library Staff and IT is unable to retrieve your MacBook password once it has been created. Make sure to write it down.

EnrollmentStep 1. Turn on MacBook Air
Step 2. Connect to Wi-Fi or Hotspot Step 3. Type your "Canutillo email address in the Full Name" box. Step 4. Create a password. Step 5. Once logged in, you can use MacBook features and applications. |
Logging into a CMSSA Chromebook
Note: Google syncs all applications to your account. For tech issues, please contact the librarian or library assistant.

Step 1. Turn on Chromebook.
Step 2. Connect to internet, Wi-Fi, or Hotspot. Step 3. Type your Canutillo email address (username) & Google password. Step 4. Once logged in, that's it! Step 5. Log off and make sure to charge the Chromebook. |

Hot Spots are provided and assigned to students on an as-need-basis. Hot Spots do not have enough bandwidth to stream videos/movies. For info on Hot Spots at CMSSA, please contact the parent-liaison to see if you qualify for a hot spot.
